We strive to ensure you love our products! If an item is defective or incomplete, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement. We provide replacements for issues that occurred during the production process, but not for products damaged through neglect or normal wear and tear.
For example, if we mistakenly send you the wrong lipstick shade, we will promptly ship the correct one. However, if you order a light-pink lipstick and decide a month later that you prefer a purple shade, we cannot offer a free replacement.
